As a Registered Dietitian, my passion is to inspire and help individuals adopt and integrate healthful eating habits to support their mind, body and soul. I believe each and every person lives optimally with a lifestyle involving balanced eating, exercise, and good self care.
I use a mix of approaches to assist my clients in developing a healthier relationship with food and exercise including: Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, Mind Body Nutrition, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and an overall non-diet, non-weight focused approach.

Before opening my private practice, I had the honor of working with many students as the District Registered Dietitian for Sodexo at the following campuses: University of New England, Colby College, Maine College of Art, Southern Maine Community College, Maine Maritime Academy, and Thomas College.
My experience also includes work in the field of exercise physiology. As a Cardiac Rehab Exercise Physiologist at Doylestown Hospital in PA, I performed new patient fitness evaluations, developed individualized exercise prescriptions, and supported patients through their journey toward recovery. Earlier as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Vermont’s Exercise Science Master’s Program, I taught exercise physiology labs, assisted with physical fitness testing for elite athletes in a Human Performance Laboratory, and supported post fitness test evaluations with clients.
Currently, I consult for Crossroads for Women, a treatment center for substance use disorders and other co-occurring conditions in Southern Maine. I provide dietitian services through preparation of a 30 day rotating menu for the residents, as well as facilitate individual and group nutrition counseling sessions.
