Erica Ilton, RDN, CDN is a nutritionist with a private practice in New York City. She is also the lead dietitian at FODMAPeveryday.com. Recently, she held the position of Clinical Nutrition Coordinator for the Department of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Hospital and previously she was a senior dietitian at Joy Bauer Nutrition.
