Increased patient satisfaction with food services from 78% to 86%, quality of patient tray service from 87 to 100%, and department sanitation from 70 to 95%.Drafted a business proposal and cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures in excess of $160,000.00.Contributed in implementing hospital-wide closed enteral nutrition system. Average of 1000 patient meals per day. Maintained 100% departmental compliance with all regulatory agencies. Added two enteral formulas to the hospital’s formulary.
