Lily’s passion is helping others reach nutritional wellbeing, overcome their nutritional challenges and strive for success.
Lily is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.), licensed to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy for the management of medical conditions such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes and pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, kidney disease, obesity among many others. Her practice also includes nutrition education for weight loss and healthy eating, sports performance, maternal and child nutrition and other general nutrition concerns using information and strategies based on evidence-based research.
She has experience as an in-patient clinical dietitian on various areas of nutrition working for adult and neonatal intensive care units, medical/surgical departments as well as cardiac and sub-acute units. She has also worked as an outpatient dietitian, providing one-on-one as well as group counseling on several topics of nutrition.
Lily holds a bachelors and masters degree in Nutritional Science and a certificate of sports nutrition. She is also a member of the American Dietetic Association and California Dietetic Association-Los Angeles District and participates in subgroups such as Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists, and Renal dietitians.
