Reyna has a private practice in New York City where she provides nutrition counseling and personal exercise training to her clients. She combines a holistic approach with science-based nutrition and exercise research. Her clients range in age from young children to older adults. In addition, she provides nutrition and wellness presentations to sports clubs, schools and community centers. She is also a Corporate Wellness Dietitian Nutritionist and provides one-to-one counseling, group counseling and presentations to employees. For ten years, Reyna was a renal dietitian specializing in kidney disease at a dialysis center. She takes pride in her work and is an enthusiastic coach.

•Provide individual and group counseling. Areas of expertise include weight management and weight control, cardiac, diabetes, sports nutrition, pre- and post-natal nutrition, pediatrics, renal, gerontology, cancer, and GI disorders. Utilize office, phone and email counseling and communication methods.
•Perform nutrition assessments and design unique diet plans and exercise programs based on client goals. Communicate medical nutrition therapy objectives with doctors.
•Develop and present wellness seminars to various organizations including corporations, community centers, schools, and sports groups.
•Provide personal training for individuals and groups ranging from beginners to athletes.
•Corporate Wellness Dietitian Nutritionist-Provides one-to-one counseling, group counseling and presentations to major advertising agency staff.
•Ten years experience as a renal dietitian in a dialysis center
•Past nutrition educator for non-profit “I Challenge Myself”. Assisted in the development of community wellness events. Created lesson plans for high school students enrolled in the “I Challenge Myself” after-school program. Taught nutrition classes to participants. Evaluated success based on program goals and objectives. Provided nutrition education support to program management and staff.
•Past nutritionist for the Athletic and Swim Club. Created and enhanced the club nutrition program. Provided nutritional assessments and counseling to club members. Designed and presented nutrition programs and seminars to members and staff. Developed and implemented the BodyGem® program.
