Erica Ilton is a Registered Dietitian with a private practice in New York City. She is also the lead Dietitian at FODMAPeveryday.com. Recently, she held the position of Clinical Nutrition Coordinator for the Department of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Hospital and previously she was a senior dietitian at Joy Bauer Nutrition.
Erica specializes in gastrointestinal disorders including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO); bloating & distention; dyspepsia/indigestion; gastroparesis; gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); constipation; diarrhea; inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis); celiac disease; non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS); eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE); congenital sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (CSID); lactose, fructose and other food intolerances; and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
