clinical dietitian since 1975. Specialties are sports nutrition, eating disorders/disordered eating, weight management, food sensitivities and food allergies. Worked for Cleveland Board of Education, Stouffer's Foods Corp., several health clinics, LifeTime Fitness, my own company: HealtheNutriFit since 2000.

BS in Psychology, MS in Public Health Nutrition, Certifications in Sports Dietetics from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise, and Certified LEAN Coach (health coach from the Lifestyle Exercise and Attitude and Nutrition program)
