Min is a Registered Dietitian with a strong focus on women’s health, pre- and post-surgical recovery, and inclusive, trauma-informed care. She offers virtual nutrition services to Ontario residents, creating accessible pathways for clients navigating chronic conditions, digestive health, and gender-affirming wellness. Her clinical, research, and community experience spans Montréal’s leading health institutions. She currently contributes to the MMP-LUNG trial at the McGill University Health Centre, supporting surgical prehabilitation for lung cancer patients through nutrition consults, adherence monitoring, and data analysis. Her earlier internship with the same study focused on physical activity tracking and assessment. Min’s dietetic training includes renal care, oncology nutrition, pediatric wellness, stroke recovery, elder care, and kosher food service operations. She’s developed individualized nutrition plans, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and led culturally responsive workshops for immigrant women and children.
