Anthea Levi, MS, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian, founder of ALIVE+WELL Nutrition, and health reporter based in Brooklyn, NY. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University and Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at New York University. Anthea completed her dietetic internship at NYU Langone Health and worked as a lead dietitian at Culina Health before founding her practice ALIVE+WELL Nutrition. How and what we eat drives the way we feel, think, and live. Anthea learned this firsthand not only when personally struggling with her relationship with food in college, but also during her time as a reporter for Health magazine, where she worked with countless dietitians and doctors to craft stories about how diet impacts our physical and mental well-being. These experiences inspired Anthea to devote her career to helping others harness the power of balanced eating to feel nourished both in mind and body. Her experience, training, and knowledge sits at the core of ALIVE+WELL Nutrition, a virtual private practice propelled by one singular mission: to help you feel better than ever.
