I'm Helen, a dietitian who specializes in weight loss for busy professionals! If you've tried diets in the past, struggle to keep weight off, or are confused on how to lose weight because nothing seems to work, then you've come to the right place. I empower people just like you to lose weight by finding a balanced way of eating that you enjoy, works for your lifestyle, is healthy (with the occasional treat, of course!) and more importantly, is sustainable for the long run. I offer 1:1 consultations, group coaching and education, custom meal plans, recipe books, and accountability (e.g. weekly accountability check ins, progress tracking, food diary feedback, text / email support, educational PDFs). As your dietitian/coach, I bring the same level of commitment as you do - my goal is to do everything within my power to empower you to reach your goals. We all have our own reasons for wanting to lose weight.
