Whether you were recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and want support managing your numbers, you are newly pregnant and want to ensure you are eating in a way that best supports you and your unborn baby, you have an eating disorder and need ongoing meal plan monitoring/support, or you are an athlete wanting to up your performance...I can help! I take an anti-diet approach with clients, meaning you will not hear me encouraging you to calorie-count or monitor your weight. Rather we will focus on how you are feeling and health measures outside the scope of weight alone. I provide individualized nutrition counseling via a non-diet approach because research supports formation of healthful behaviors is more valuable long-term than dieting. Together we will explore ways to add (nutrients, supplements, fluids, movement, etc.) rather than restrict. I want to help you improve your health to live out your values and embrace life. It can be intimidating when meeting with someone new to talk about your health. When meeting with me, you will be met with a compassionate and non-judgment lens. Everyone's relationship with food and body is so personal - I honor that by listening to your story and exploring ways I can help by supporting you in the driver's seat of your care.
