I work with clients struggling in their relationships with food, movement and their bodies. My clients typically engage in disordered eating behaviors, have a long history of chronic dieting, and/or are struggling with a diagnosed eating disorder. I utilize the philosophies from Intuitive Eating, Anti Diet, and HAES- Health at Every Size to help clients come to a more peaceful and accepting place. By working toward giving themselves full permission to eat what/how much sounds good, tuning into their body's hunger and fullness signals and working toward self compassion, clients are able to feel more at home with themselves and trust their bodies again.
