Work History

I have worked in a physical rehabilitation hospital specializing in nutrition with people who have had CVAs, Brain Injury, Pulmonary Rehab. I have worked with people with swallowing and texture problems. I worked in patient at St. Mary's Hospital specializing in cardiac, diabetes, high blood pressure, weight loss/weight management. I have worked with renal patients for 25 years, both pre-renal and CKD 4/5.

Education

I graduated with a BS in Food and Nutrition and completed the co-ordinated undergraduate program in Dietetics. I completed the Certificate of training in Obesity in Pediatrics and Adults through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
