Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University. She enjoys working with all ages to support healthy, intuitive eating. Her passion is helping people develop lifelong eating habits that support wellness and health at any size, and she has a particular interest in plant-based nutrition. She is experienced working with clients with a variety of chronic health conditions including diabetes, heart conditions, metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, cancer, and disordered eating. Rebecca recognizes that lifestyle stress can have a significant effect on eating habits, and she is skilled with employing Motivational Interviewing to assist people no matter where they are in their wellness journey.
