Katie is a Registered Dietitian, Holistic Healer and the founder of her private practice: Nourished Life Healing. Katie began working in the nutrition field in 2014, and began her career as a registered dietitian in 2017. After spending some time working in clinical nutrition, Katie realized her true passion was working in holistic nutrition, and focusing on integrating mind, body and soul wellness into all of her client sessions. Now, through Nourished Life Healing, she uses a unique approach to nutrition and wellness which incorporates both Eastern and Western modalities. Along with nutrition counseling, Katie blends intuitive practices and energy healing into her private practice to create an all-encompassing, whole person approach. While working with Katie you will be empowered to remember that you are your own healer - She will help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body & your own intuition so that you can become more in tune with yourself, and take your health into your own hands.
