Carol Aguirre

Carol Aguirre-Pestcoe, MS, RD/LDN, has been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years and owns Nutrition Connections, her private practice, and is based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She specializes in vegetarian and plant-based diets. Carol graduated from the Dietetics and Nutrition program at Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree, completed her internship at Stony Brook University, and completed the Clinical Nutrition program from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, receiving her Master’s degree.
