Carol Aguirre

Carol Aguirre-Pestcoe, MS, RD/LDN, has been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years and owns Nutrition Connections, her private practice, and is based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She specializes in vegetarian and plant-based diets. Carol graduated from the Dietetics and Nutrition program at Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree, completed her internship at Stony Brook University, and completed the Clinical Nutrition program from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, receiving her Master’s degree. Carol has been a requested expert for media outlets including Huffington Post, Muscle & Fitness, Readers Digest, Prevention, MSN Health & Fitness, Cooking Light, Men’s Health, Healthline, and MyFitness Pal.
