About 1% of people in the U.S. have Celiac disease, and there's both a tremendous amount of interest and misunderstanding about Celiac disease and a gluten-free diet. It's essential that all nutrition professionals understand the fundamentals and the current standards of practice. In this webinar, you'll have the opportunity to test drive your skills with hands-on practice as we'll review specific examples of food labels to increase your comfort level.
