The salary appears relatively low for the total no. yrs experience I have as RD; however, my salary is one of the highest in my department, and the benefits and flexibility of the position are excellent. The work environment is highly collegial and professional and the physical facilities are top notch for this type of setting. Salary is important, but the quality of life issues are also important to me in my job.
