Andrea Thompson, MS, RD, LDN, received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a concentration in food, nutrition and dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship and Master’s of Science degree at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is Monash FODMAP trained. Andrea is passionate about promoting balance and moderation and is excited to help Hy-Vee customers find healthful foods that fit into their lifestyle, budget and taste preferences!
