I am a geriatric dietitian and help caregivers navigate nutrition concerns of aging so that their loved ones can stay in their homes longer. During the last 8 years, I have worked in long-term care centres around the Edmonton area, advocating for better access to nutrition services for the residents. I am now happy to serve seniors in the community and provide services that you normally could only access in long-term care. I offer in-home, in-office, and virtual assessment services as well as meal planning. My ultimate goal is to ensure you and your loved ones are getting the nutrition needed to stay happy, healthy, and strong, for as long as possible.
