Work History

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Education Specialist who practices out of Health Loft. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy. Specialties include working with clients that currently have or have a history of an eating disorder, behavioral health diagnoses, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and depression. Other areas of expertise include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis), malnutrition, and general healthy eating for all ages.
