Angela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with over 20 years experience in clinical nutrition. Originally from the UK, Angela graduated with honors from the University of Surrey, Guildford and completed her internship at St George's hospital, London. Her first position was at the world renowned Addenbrooke's NHS Trust (Cambridge University teaching hospital), where she gained a strong background in weight management and gastroenterology; operating busy clinics and presenting at national teaching seminars on elimination diets for Crohn's disease. Angela moved to San Antonio in 2007 with her husband (retired USAF Msgt) and 2 teenage boys. In early 2011 she started working at Methodist Healthcare, in conjunction with building her private practice. Angela has helped clients from all walks of life, with dietary challenges, to find symptom relief and improved quality of life.
