Sports Nutrition
How often have you heard your clients say, "I know what I should eat, I just don't do it. I have my training down to a science, but nutrition is my missing link."

Are these athletes confused by the plethora of sports nutrition information available on the Internet? Do they know whom to believe? Are they too focused on losing weight that their diet has gone awry? As a dietitian, do you have the latest knowledge needed to teach your sports-active clients how to eat for top performance?
