Lauren is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and ARFID, along with disordered eating and orthorexia. With a deep-rooted passion for the transformative power of nutrition, Lauren has honed her expertise in helping individuals manage not only eating disorders but also complex health issues related to migraines and inflammation. She possesses a keen interest in the microbiome and gut health, and her comprehensive approach to nutrition extends to the realm of migraine management, where she leverages her extensive experience in dietary and lifestyle interventions, as well as supplementation. Lauren's unique perspective underscores the critical role nutrition plays in not only nourishing the body but also in mitigating the debilitating effects of migraines and chronic inflammation, offering her clients holistic solutions for their health and well-being.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University. She graduated from the first cohort of Long Island University’s Nutrition and Dietetics accredited Integrated Program (ACEND) where she received her Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lauren cherishes quality time spent with her family, finding joy in the simple yet profound moments that come with loved ones. Meditation is an essential part of her daily routine, providing a serene sanctuary for mindfulness and inner peace. Lauren's love for travel takes her on adventures to explore diverse cultures, foods, and landscapes, fostering a deep appreciation for the beauty and richness of our world while further fueling her passion for nutrition and holistic well-being.
