Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University. She graduated from the first cohort of Long Island University’s Nutrition and Dietetics accredited Integrated Program (ACEND) where she received her Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lauren cherishes quality time spent with her family, finding joy in the simple yet profound moments that come with loved ones.
