While some diets come and go, intermittent fasting has been around for centuries. What does the science research say about IF? Is there an ideal fasting window? Will fasting help my patient reach their goals? Is fasting safe for my patient? This webinar will prepare you to provide safe and effective recommendations for your patients and clients.
