Susan B. Dopart, MS, RD, LD, CDCES is a nutrition and wellness consultant who has been in private practice for more than 30 years. Susan specializes in insulin resistance, diabetes, gastrointestinal health, and menopause. Before establishing her own practice, Susan worked at UCLA. She is also a certified Motivational Interviewing Trainer.
Susan has written and contributed to multiple publications, including The Huffington Post, SELF Magazine, UCLA Medicine, Sports and Cardiovascular Nutritionists SCAN publications, Diabetes Health and Diabetes Forecast.
