Describe the long-term outcomes of diet and weight loss research.
Explain set-point weight theory.
Define the Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach.
Describe strategies to incorporate the HAES approach in clinical practice.

She works as a corporate nutrition consultant in Sacramento, California.
