We'll work on healing your relationship with food by guiding you to your internal wisdom in what, when, and how to eat. My passion is helping clients gain the freedom in life that comes when they release the power that food has over their mind and body. I believe that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, so all bodies are good bodies that deserve love and care, even if you desire to change it. I utilize a Non-Diet approach, providing you with an open and non-judgmental space to talk about your relationship with food and your body, while incorporating some gentle nutrition to help you attain a sustainable eating and movement pattern. I'll help you find your healthy weight, deconstruct external food rules, and expand your food world. I have seen the incredible healing power that comes with confessing our struggles in our relationships with food. It can be so difficult and awkward at first to bring this into the light! Almost 3 years of professional experience at Eating Disorder Treatment Centers at the Residential, PHP (Partial Hospitalization), and IOP (Intensive Outpatient) levels of care

Education

Bachelors of Science (BS) in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach 1200+ Hour Dietetic Internship with Be Well Solutions, with rotations in clinical, foodservice, wellness, and eating disorder settings
