Is organic food healthier? How are foods certified and can the certification be trusted? Lindsay Malone

Lindsay Malone is a registered dietitian and certified specialist in oncology. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration for Xavier University and Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. She teaches at Case Western Reserve University is the owner of Malone Nutrition Consulting, where she partners with patients, caregivers, and organizations dedicated to wellness. In this capacity, she works to share her nutrition knowledge as a writer, editor, public speaker, and educator. Lindsay's passion for nutrition is rooted in her belief that food truly is the best medicine.
