A Dietitian Guide To The Chrono Diet
THE DIETITIAN'S GUIDE TO CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS, CHRONOTYPE AND HEALTHY MEAL TIMING
Does it matter when you eat? Does it matter if you keep an eating schedule? What about eating after dark, is that OK? This presentation on Circadian Rhythms, Chronotype and Nutrition will answer all of these questions and will introduce you to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, peripheral clocks, chrono-obesity, and provide evidence-based research on the health implications of jet lag, shift work eating times and calorie distribution throughout the day.
