INTERMITTENT FASTING PART I: A GUIDE FOR DIETITIANS
There are many claims about intermittent fasting; that it can cure diabetes, allow for sustainable weight loss and prolong longevity. This presentation will explore, the human research studies of intermittent fasting as well as the various types of fasting, what's allowed, what's not allowed and how best to advise your clients about fasting.

Note: This webinar is the first in a two-part series. Part II is titled Intermittent Fasting Part II - A Summary of the Human Research on Intermittent Fasting.

Jean LaMantia

Jean LaMantia is a registered dietitian, cancer survivor and author of three books on the topics of cancer, lymphedema and intermittent fasting. She is also the creator of the Lymphedema Nutrition School – an online program to help individuals living with lymphedema. She will be launching the professional version of the program this year so that dietitians can acquire the skills and confidence they need to help their patients with lymphedema.
