There are many claims about intermittent fasting; that it can cure diabetes, allow for sustainable weight loss and prolong longevity. This presentation will explore, the human research studies of intermittent fasting as well as the various types of fasting, what's allowed, what's not allowed and how best to advise your clients about fasting.
