This session is designed to provide specific instruction on how to assess and interpret growth in children and tips on how and when to supplement growth problems.
Upon successful completion of this 2-hour course, the participant will be able to:
  • Determine which growth charts are appropriate for various age groups of children.

  • Accurately plot growth and interpret growth patterns.

  • Explain the appropriate use of at 2 least specialty infant or pediatric formulas.

  • Explain the process for increasing the caloric concentration of infant formula.
