My philosophy surrounding nutrition looks like this: rejecting the diet mentality, ditching the diet culture, weight inclusivity, and an "all foods fit" approach. Work History

I have experience in nutrition counseling as well as working with men, women, adults, and adolescents affected by eating disorders. By helping clients better understand their eating behaviors and their attitudes towards food; I cultivate the space needed to gain a different perspective that will effectively help the individual to make positive changes.

Education

I received my undergraduate education at West Chester University in Nutrition and Dietetics and continued my graduate studies through the University of Western States in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I completed my 1200 hour dietetic internship with the University of Houston.
