My goal is to help my clients reach their goals of losing weight, losing body fat, gaining muscle, and developing a healthy relationship with food. I help clients figure out the ideal balance between their goal and their lifestyle. I help them determine what they need to change in order to reach their goals as well as identifying and overcoming barriers to these changes. I also help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and a variety of other things. All visits are conducted via telehealth (either phone or video chat).
