Hello! My name is Brittany and I am a nationally accredited registered dietitian nutritionist and owner of Lake Country Nutrition Counseling. I work with clients and families struggling with disordered eating and weight management. I help my clients find peace and balance with food choices. I am passionate about teaching people how to have a better relationship with food and their bodies by using Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating philosophies. Work History

I have experience providing nutrition education for Woman, Infants and Children (WIC). I am a former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal. Currently, I work at a behavioral health hospital with patients struggling with eating disorders and mental health.
