Are you tired of spending all your time and mental energy devoted to food and body image? Do you want to learn how to just eat "normally"? Dieting is exhausting and expensive, and if you're on this website, you've probably found that it hasn't been working for you thus far. It isn't your fault! I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, chronic dieting and eating disorders to make peace with food and their bodies. I also see clients who are looking to manage health conditions such as GI disorders, hypertension, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes, as well as those looking to increase their overall mood, energy, and well being. I have received extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders and Intuitive Eating and my practice is non-diet and Health at Every Size® informed . I offer in-person sessions in Centerport, NY and Babylon, NY as well as virtual sessions throughout the country. I look forward to hearing from you!
