Stephanie A. Schmidt, owner of NutriCourse™, is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN). While EVERY dietitian is a nutritionist, NOT every nutritionist is a dietitian. Registered dietitians are health care professionals and food/nutrition experts who have completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree, completed an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program (approximately 1200 hours), passed a national credentialing exam, and are required to maintain their registration through continuing educational credits. It is important to know with whom you are entrusting your health care needs. Whether you are looking to increase your knowledge in general nutrition, lose/gain weight, or prevent/manage disease(s), Stephanie can help you achieve your health goals through ongoing nutrition counseling and education.
