My nutrition practice focuses on a personalized and mindful approach to learning healthy living. I have the skills to work with you to tailor achievable diet and health goals. To me, there is no such thing as bad foods, and my style does not involve deprivation, guilt, and all-or-nothing rules. Most importantly there is no judgment. My approach is simple: eat the foods you like, learn to moderate certain foods, and feel empowered to make healthy, informed food decisions. Together we will create an individualized program based on your unique lifestyle and demanding schedule to achieve long-term, sustainable results. Nutrition Connections is a nutrition counseling practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We advise individuals & groups using evidence- based lifestyle solutions on Nutrition-related Health Conditions. Such as: GI disorders (IBS, Celiac Disease, Gluten Intolerant), Weight Management (Fat Loss/Weight Loss), Flexible Dieting, Sports Nutrition/Athletic Performances, and Vegan/Vegetarian Wellness. We specialize in individuals seeking to transition into a plant based or vegan diet. Individuals wanting to improve running performance through a plant based or vegan diet. I completed my undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, completed my dietetic internship at Stony Brook University, and my Masters degree in Nutrition at Rosalind Franklin University. I am bilingual (Spanish) vegan Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/LD/N).
