My focus is to make the body so healthy it cannot harbor disease. I begin with the end in mind. The end is perfect health. To achieve this requires reverse engineering of how one ends up with disease and infirmity. Once we reverse engineer your condition, we can begin to build in healthy habits and eliminate unhealthy habits. I have found that plant based nutrition is the best approach to achieving optimal health. Health is not just about nutrition but about every aspect of ones life. I tend to encourage my clients to take "BIG" steps and not baby steps because I want them to see immediate results. This encourages people to make more and more healthy changes. I am currently writing a health book that I think will help a lot of people. I also run a corporate wellness business as well as see selected clients. I love nutrition and the brain and see each client as a unique and wonderful opportunity to be a small part of someone's road to optimal health. I pray for all my clients (with their permission) and encourage them to aim high and not be satisfied with any degree of infirmity. I use a variety of natural approaches to achieving health including micro-current.
