In our clinic, we use a client-focused approach, meaning clients come first! We listen carefully to our clients goals and go from there. I use the functional medicine model, which means I look at the entire mind and body when working. My areas of focus are gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, and thyroid issues, including hypothyroidism, autoimmune (Hashimoto's). I also work with sports nutrition, autoimmune conditions, diabetes and high cholesterol. I really enjoy working with people who would like to optimize their health.

I started in the business world in the food and fitness industries, but eventually found that I wanted to help people directly. I work one-on-one with clients in our clinic in Seattle or by telehealth. I've also lived and worked in Switzerland, France, and Brazil.
