Her specialty is whole food, plant-based cooking and has successfully helped others reconfigure their plate in order to improve their overall health. She is a firm believer in the healing properties in food and incorporates a strong message of focusing on nourishment and lifelong habit changes. Angela also enjoys boxing, where she is a member of an all women’s boxing facility in Westmont.
