Angela has over 10 years of experience in the natural and organic food industry. Her experience includes running wellness programs for both employees and clients with a focus on healthy eating and cooking. She has extensive experience hosting cooking classes for both children and adults as well as well as community presentations on healthy eating and health-related topics.
Angela’s nutrition philosophy is not a one size fits all approach. She understands that each person is unique and requires special attention to meet their health goals. Her client’s goals, resources and values are always considered and incorporated into the individualized care she provides.
One of Angela’s favorite hobbies is cooking. Her specialty is whole food, plant-based cooking and has successfully helped others reconfigure their plate in order to improve their overall health. She is a firm believer in the healing properties in food and incorporates a strong message of focusing on nourishment and lifelong habit changes. Angela also enjoys boxing, where she is a member of an all women’s boxing facility in Westmont.
