I am the owner of Goodness Gracious Living Nutrition in Southbury, CT, and I have been working in the field of nutrition for over 20 years. In that time, I help my clients find relief from digestive disorders such as Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS) and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Gastroparesis and Colitis. I am a non-diet Registered Dietitian, and as such, I focus on empowering my clients to mend their relationship with food and their bodies and to feel better in the skin they are in by relieving symptoms of digestive disorders. I have also designed techniques and programs to empower chronic dieters, disordered eaters and those in recovery to mend their relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to end the pain of diet culture, one client at a time. I have written for major online and print publications, such as HuffingtonPost and FabUPlus Magazine, and created nutrition programming for individuals, professionals, and community groups.
