Work History

Barbie has been working as a Registered Dietitian for the past 14 years. Using medical nutrition therapy she has assisted hundreds of clients modify their diets to manage conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and heart disease. In addition, she has extensive experience with menu planning, meal analysis and weight managament

Education

Barbie received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University and went on to receive a Masters degree in Nutrition at New York University. Part of Barbie's training required that she complete a comprehensive dietetic internship, which she completed through Weill Cornell Medical Center at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital.
