I bring over 25 years of hands-on Medical, Teaching and Research knowledge in Hospital, Medical School, Private Industry, and Non Profit settings. I am a biologist at my core. This makes me unique as I not only have many years of diverse hands on experience and teaching but I have many years of Nutrition Research experience I bring into my teaching. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. I uniquely can blend the pure science with sound, mind, and body of Integrative Medicine. No one size fits all. I make it work for you.
