PROFESSIONAL WORK HISTORY Health Choice Consultants ?????? 1992-Present (Formerly Health Choice Nutritional Consultants) Provide nutrition expertise in corporate/pharmaceutical, Clinical, Outpatient and Community settings. Includes communicating with the public through phone and printed media; editing with application of clinical nutrition skills and knowledge. Clinical Dietitian???????? 1992 – 2000 Provided medical nutrition therapy in acute care and ambulatory care settings. Patient evaluation and interventions including chart review, clinical recommendations and nutritional counseling.
