Do you ever feel confused about nutrition? Do you eat when feeling stressed, bored or lonely? I provide individual nutrition counseling for weight management, eating disorders, PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, pediatric nutrition, binge eating and more. My approach to counseling is to provide support and useful feedback, in an environment in which you feel comfortable. Beginning at the first appointment, we will work closely to understand your goals and obtain a full history on your nutrition or health issue(s). While keeping those goals in mind, I will empower you to make long-lasting changes to improve your health. I truly believe each client I work with is unique. I approach each new case with a process centered around identifying your unique qualities and lifestyle. Therefore, your program is tailored to fit you as an individual! My program includes: 60min initial assessment, personalized meal plan, weekly calls and more My practice is located on the beautiful Newport Harbor and serves clients in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana, Orange, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar and more.
