Vanessa Chalmé brings her vast nutrition knowledge, enthusiasm and French flare to the Nutrition Energy team, and makes eating healthy a delicious, exciting and slimming experience! Through her firm belief in lifestyle choices and moderation, Vanessa tailors her clients' food plans specifically to compliment how each individual lives and works. Vanessa moved from France to The Big Apple in 2001, studied nutrition at New York University and became a Registered Dietitian. She was part of the selective NYU internship program and was placed at Beth Israel Medical Center where she worked intensively with patients with heart disease, diabetes, GI disorders and also in oncology. Thereafter, she began working part time for the Prestigious Sports Club LA on the Upper East Side, where she counseled athletes of all ages, abilities and sports performance goals for both medical issues and weight loss. Vanessa is currently continuing her study of nutrition, and is completing her Masters work in Clinical Nutrition at NYU.
