I love teaching people how to eat heathy!! I have a passion for good wholesome food because I know it is as powerful as any medication. I work with people who are struggling to lose weight , those trying to improve their diabetes, heart disease as well as athletes and those who are vegetarian. I offer pantry clean outs, grocery store tours and meal plans. I also work with people who need advise in how to eat for recovery from alcohol and drug addiction as well as those struggling with autism, ADD, and those who may have food allergies or sensitivities.
