Nicole Shinefield RD/LD is Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She has a strong passion for helping clients discover compassion and grace for themselves while healing their relationship with food and their bodies. She believes in an approach that draws from Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles, as well as Ellyn Satter’s Feeding Dynamics Model. Nicole is originally from Denver, Colorado. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She completed her accredited dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center where she specialized in eating disorder treatment. Nicole is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently working to obtain the Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) credential.
